The Cuban leader Raul Castro on a giant screen during a speech delivered in Santiago de Cuba to commemorate the 50tiest anniversary of the revolution January 1 1959 / January 1 2009. He mostly talked about the past leaving little clue about what the future could hold least of all the prospect of a possible normalization with the United States of America.
