Right Dina Falcón Paucar, 41 years old, started working as a domestic servant at the age of 11. She ran away from home when she found out that her “supposed” mother was actually her aunt. Her mum had died when she was little and she never had any relationship with her dad. She had a cousin in Lima whom she contacted and found her a job. She has since worked for 7 different families. Dina remembers having her purse checked by her boss, and remembers the moment as a shocking experience. Her dream for the future is that her children become professionals and triumph in life. She works as in-house maid in San Isidro as part of a Domestic Workers staff of four.
