Ernesto Franco Tapias 51 alias el Mocho has been in living in Barrio Triste for 47 year. Although his mother (that cleaned clothing for the mechanics) would chain him to the bed he regularly runs off to play with his mates. One day at the age of ten he fell under the railway and lots both hands. Today he watches over cars.
