In the town of Balboa, judicial Investigator Jorge Diaz from the Medellin Human Rights unit of the attorneys general office has installed his typewriter on an altar in a chapel by the cemetery and is taking a statement from Jorge Luis Aguilara Lara (right) the brother of Reinaldo Antonio Aguilara Lara that was killed by the AUC Paramilitaries in 1996.
