Colombian marines on the Putumayo river that they patrol in it’s entire length of 1600km. One of the many problems they face is the fact that the river borders with Peru and Ecuador. Often they are unable to stop cocaine loads because the speedboats make it quickly to neighboring states territory where they are not allowed to pursue them.
