Fisherman Genaro Morelo and his wife Josefa with their children. Some of their income comes from extracting the pulp from the crabs which they can sell for 5000 cop x Kg. First the crab’s pincer is sold for 12.000 cop per Kg the rest is then boiled, the pulp is extracted by hammering away the shell.
